Cadaver dogs are searching for missing people after Hurricane Helene, one of the deadliest in U.S. history.
“Communities have been wiped off the map,” said the governor of North Carolina, where drinking water is scarce, many cook with charcoal or have no signal on their cell phones to alert their loved ones that they are alive.
